Job description

The Airport Asset Manager (Civils & Structures) is responsible for the technical oversight, lifecycle planning and long-term performance of Dublin Airport’s civil and structural infrastructure, including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavements, roads, drainage, bridges and buildings. Reporting to the Head of Civils & Structures, Asset Management, the role ensures that assets are safe, compliant, reliable and fit for operational use, while supporting the effective planning and delivery of rehabilitation, renewal and capital investment works across the airport campus. The role involves assessing asset condition and performance, identifying risks and deterioration trends, and developing practical plans for maintenance, upgrade and replacement, including the preparation of asset management plans, investment profiles and technical inputs to business cases. Acting as Client/Promoter for assigned civil and structural projects, the role provides technical continuity from project inception through delivery and handover, ensuring assets are delivered to the required standard, fully documented, and ready for safe operation and long-term maintenance.
