Director of Vantage Point

Job description

This position is responsible for the oversight and direct supervision of the Vantage Point Program and the team of staff assigned to the programs. This includes oversight of Vineland and Trenton locations, client services, outcomes, outreach meetings and project activities. JOB REQUIREMENTS (PERFORMS OTHER WORK-RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR) - · Management of a team of professional staff at multiple locations. - · Ensuring the development, implementation, monitoring, and enforcement of all policies and procedures established within the Vantage Point program based on the parameters of the grant. - · Planning for, and administration of, managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the program. - · Participating in the development of a quality assurance plan for evaluating the effectiveness of program services and staff performance. - · Ensuring that all personnel are addressing and completing the program services as outlined in their job descriptions and the client’s Individual Reentry Plan (IRP). - · Ensuring the provision of staff orientation and staff training. - · Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with funding organizatio...
