Commercial Account Director | Dublin: We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Commercial Account Director within our Sales team . In this role, you will develop relationships to grow and retain a panel of Corporate customers. We would love to hear from experienced candidates who wish to embark on an exciting new career with Brown & Brown Ireland. What you will do: Provide a full insurance broking service to existing and new clients Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' requirements and risk management strategies, and effectively communicate these to insurers Lead negotiations for policy renewals and new business with Insurers, securing optimal terms, including for complex or challenging cases Conduct thorough research and analysis to select appropriate markets and assist in designing insurance programmes tailored to client requirements Offer subject matter expertise and recommendations on placement strategies, policy structures, and current market conditions, presenting findings to clients where required Serve as the esca...
