Job Summary: Brand Program Specialist oversees the design and execution of branch environments and customer experiences across nationwide branch locations. Developing a strategy around the “flagship” branch locations, customer events and executive engagement with enterprise launches. Ensures brand consistency through design, signage, layouts, and customer touchpoints while managing vendors, budgets, and project timelines. Plans and executes customer events that drive engagement and sales, and partners with sales and operations teams to enhance the customer journey.
