Job description
The Part-Time Teacher supports the Fostering Leadership Academy by providing structured academic instruction to youth participants during the summer program. This position is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Math, English Language Arts (ELA), and general studies to promote academic growth, skill development, and student confidence. The Teacher ensures that participants receive approximately 90 minutes of Math instruction and 90 minutes of ELA instruction daily while fostering a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.
