Job description

We are seeking experienced and motivated Health Visitors to join our dedicated Public Health Nursing Service, supporting children and families across Cornwall. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, providing early intervention, safeguarding support and health promotion. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the health and wellbeing of families while working within a supportive and collaborative team. You will be employed by Cornwall Council on Agenda for Change terms and conditions which will acknowledge your NHS continuous service and allow you to continue an NHS pension. Key responsibilities include: The role is subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.
