General Description: We are seeking an IT Training Delivery and Adoption Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our Firm. The IT Training Delivery and Adoption Manager is responsible for both the strategic oversight and direct execution of IT training delivery across the firm. This role operates as a player‑coach, actively delivering training sessions while providing vision and leadership to the IT Training Delivery team. The IT Training Delivery and Adoption Manager owns delivery standards, trainer readiness, scheduling, learner experience, and delivery consistency for instructor‑led, virtual, and blended training programs across multiple offices and regions.
