Department Overview: The Retail Buying department is responsible for assortment building & trading for more than 100 brick and mortar stores & our e-Commerce site. The primary purpose of this position is to support the Buying team across the Menswear (Men’s Apparel, Footwear & Accessories) & Licensee (Watches, Jewellery, Fragrance & Eyewear) departments, in administrative tasks to drive commercial results and achieve financial KPIs, while ensuring we remain trend relevant in the market. The Buying team works cross-functionally to identify opportunities, develop & execute strategies to build strong assortments and ultimately achieve or surpass financial objectives.
