NaphCare is hiring a Behavioral Health Clerk to join our team of medical professionals in the Limestone Correctional Facility i Responsibilities: The Behavioral Health Clerk plays a critical role in our continued mission to provide quality healthcare that protects the rights, dignity, and health of our unique patient population. Duties and responsibilities may include and not be limited to: Log requests for offsite and diagnostic studies. Maintain mental health clinic logs and ensure that appointments are scheduled according to DOC protocols. Assist nurses and other staff in issuing and tracking minor medical equipment (e.g. heating pads.) Collect data from ER logs, segregation logs, etc. for monthly QI reporting.
