We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our IDD team in our Crafton, PA location. Schedule: 3 weekdays 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM rotating M-F NEW Shift Differentials: + $4.00 per hour + $4.00 per hour + $6.00 per hour - Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM - Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 AM - Saturday 6:30 AM – Monday 7:00 AM Base Pay: - Standard base rate: $29.00 per hour - Optional Enhanced Pay: + $2.00 per hour (for full-time employees opting out of our primary medical/dental/vision) Position Details: Our Licensed Practical Nurse interact and support our adults in a variety of potential settings and provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development. In addition, most of the people we serve have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications and may require supports for challenging behaviors. This position is located in our PHMC facility that operates as a 45-50 bed location.
