Occupancy Planner

Job description

An Occupancy Planner manages workplace capacity, demand, and layout optimization to maximize real estate portfolio efficiency. Responsibilities include generating stacking plans, space utilization analysis, managing move/add/change requests (MAC), and supporting site strategy to align with business requirements. Ideal candidates possess spatial planning skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in corporate real estate or facilities management. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000/YR: The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
