This role will involve overseeing the incoming deeds, escrow checks, and invoice/payment coupons, ensuring smooth and accurate transitions of property ownership. Position Summary: Primarily responsible for conducting the transfer of ownership of homeowners by managing the incoming deeds, escrow checks, and invoice/payment coupons.
