Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I)

Job description

This role is a bit unique as an OMI. This role will sit on the eCom Product Team for NORAM, and the main portion of this role will be to support eCom operations in sectors outside of the core eCom sector. This individual will need to have a good base of eCom Operations experience, and will need to know how to navigate the WMS to be able to troubleshoot, and make strong business recommendations in terms of eCom best practices related to operations. Additionally, some Inventory Control experience would be preferred. This individual will need to be autonomous, and comfortable working in a silo at times, with other sector leaders. This role will have a decent travel component -- the individual will need to be able to travel regularly, and travel could end up being 30-40% of the role. Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) The Sr. Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) role has a national salary range of $85,000 - $100,000. For roles within California and Washington the range is $85,000 to $110,000.
