SUMMARY: - The hourly Special Education Paraprofessional pay rate to work on assignment with Susquenita School District is $17.00/hour. - 5 days of Paid Time Off (prorated based on hire date). - Employer paid clearances and TB screening! - The Special Education Paraprofessional will work 182 days following the academic calendar year. - Special Education Paraprofessionals may support students in one or more of the following areas: Autistic, Emotional, Learning, and Life Skills Supports. OPENINGS FOR '25-'26 SCHOOL YEAR: - Susquenita Elementary School, 8:30am - 3:30pm, 30-minute unpaid lunch break, 6.5 paid hours/day PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide assistance to students with special needs who have IEPs or 504 plans. - Reinforcing learning concepts and skills. - Working with students individually or in small groups. - Work with students on organizational skills, guide students in activities, monitor student progress. - Managing students behavior and ensuring a safe learning environment. - Supervising students during lunch, arrivals/dismissals, and other non-...
