Job DetailsJob Location: San Diego Office - San Diego, CA 92108Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $33.65 - $38.34 HourlyThe Inclusion Support Specialist promotes full participation of students with diverse learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs in Arc's before- and after-school expanded learning programs. This position coaches program staff, implements positive behavior strategies, collects and analyzes behavioral data, and collaborates with school partners and families to ensure inclusive programming consistent with district inclusion frameworks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Essential functions are the fundamental job duties of the position. All employees must be able to perform these with or without reasonable accommodation. Staff Coaching & Training (30%): Coach Inclusion Aides and Program Leaders in positive behavior support techniques, activity modifications, de-escalation strategies, and inclusive engagement practices. Provide on-site modeling and feedback to ensure consistent implementation.
