We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to travel between sites to ensure excellence in operations and resident satisfaction. Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining high occupancy, supervising staff, and fostering positive resident relations. This is a hands-on role requiring on-site presence and active engagement with staff and residents.
