Crestwood Manor is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting, NJ. We are currently in search of a full-time Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. At Springpoint, our Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for providing general maintenance for the facility and its residents. Responsibilities: - Assist in cleaning various equipment throughout the facility, clean out apartments when vacated or after demolition, change light bulbs, change filters, etc. - Able to make use of an electronic work order system. - Assist in providing material for renovation and remodeling; report stock that is needed for job performance. - Maintain accurate records of time and scope utilizing work order request forms. - Interact well with and assist various vendors and contractors called in to repair or provide services to facility. - Provide appropriate assistance to residents, co-workers, and visitors.
