As the Nursing Student Success and Recruitment Coordinator in our School of Nursing, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our diverse student population, working closely with the Director, who prioritizes student success as central to the school's mission. The core duty of this leadership position is to manage the daily operations for enrollment management and student success within the Malek School of Nursing Professions (MSNP). This includes working closely with central admissions teams to ensure effective management of the admissions funnel, collaborating with the marketing team to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies that align with the school's values and priorities, and developing and implementing evidence-based strategies to promote student success across all nursing programs.
