Job description

Responsible for the third shift, custodial operation and administrative activities at multiple buildings within a large account. Supervises frontline staff to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develops and implements cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications / contract requirements for assigned buildings. Oversees nightly inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned buildings. Shift : Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9:00pm -5:30am PAY: $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
