Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an IT Technician: - Work throughout the community troubleshooting and provide services utilizing multiple IT applications and computer devices. - Support and maintain all Microsoft and Apple desktop systems. - Provide support services for resident and team members IT needs. - Helps drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions for their needs. - Understanding residents and team members technology issues by asking probing questions, listening, asking clarifying questions, taking detailed notes, and providing accurate time estimates for next steps. - Monitoring work orders and providing accurate status updates to customers. - Serve as System Administrator for addi...
