Job DetailsJob Location: Nichols College - Dudley, MA 01571Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlySalary Range $15.00 - $15.00 Hourly DESCRIPTION: Graduate Assistant in Marketing and Communications Reports to: Digital and Social Media Marketing Specialist Available Start: August 2026: JOB SUMMARY: The Graduate Assistant is an active contributor to the Marketing and Communications team (Marcomm) and assists in executing a wide range of marketing and communications activities. This role provides hands-on experience in higher education marketing and communications and requires availability for regular office hours as well as occasional evenings and weekends to cover campus events. Will receive 50% tuition remission. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, plan and publish content across all digital platforms that elevates the college’s digital presence, engages key audiences and achieves stated outreach goals. Develop and maintain social media content calendar, including planned collabs; manage audience engagement and feedback loops to enhance visibility.
