POSITION OVERVIEW: The Alumni Relations Coordinator is part of a dynamic team that experiences lives transformed from active substance use disorders into active recovery starting from day one of admission through their treatment and beyond. RCA's Alumni Association seeks an individual to join our creative and compassionate team of professionals who engage patients and alumni daily and develop innovative initiatives to support individuals in their recovery journey. This exempt-level role requires strategic program planning, independent judgment, and leadership in developing and executing alumni engagement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Introduces the Alumni Association to all individuals and families when they are at RCA for treatment. - Ensures all patients have consented to communications from the Alumni Association post discharge. - Engages with patients during inpatient and outpatient treatment by leading 12-step groups, activities, and facilitating engagement surveys. - Organizes events to form connections among alumni and continue connectivity between alumni and RCA. - Builds strong rapport with alumni through follow-up texts, emails, and social media. - Helps alumni ree...
