JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on technical leader to join our Salesforce Engineering leadership team. The Director serves as the technical lead for one of Marriott’s largest Salesforce platforms, leading an engineering team responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable services and solutions. This role partners closely with Global Technology and business teams to deliver secure, resilient implementations. The Director drives complex Salesforce Service Cloud programs and enterprise integrations across the Marriott ecosystem, with a strong focus on privacy and security controls, platform performance, and reliability.
