Senior Talent Development & Employee Experience Manager Role Overview: Reporting to the Director of Global Internal Communications & Talent Development, the Senior Manager drives the execution of learning, engagement, and community programs that build organizational capability across our global workforce. This role brings talent development and employee experience programs to life through hands-on execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Development Programs: - Execute global new hire onboarding program, ensuring a consistent experience and connection to our company culture - Develop and facilitate manager training programs and workshops that strengthen capabilities - Manage learning platforms and tools (LMS, content libraries) - Coordinate career development resources and learning pathways to support employee growth - Partner with subject matter experts to design and deliver training on key company initiatives (e.g., AI training recommendations) Employee Experience & Community: - Support employee engagement measurement programs (eNPS, annual engagement survey), including survey administration, data analysis, and action plannin...
