Your Role: ​ Project-Focused Business Analysis Operational Excellence & Application Collaboration - Identify, analyse and document business requirements for strategic initiatives across the global DMC network - Translate operational needs into structured technical specifications to support system configuration, integration and implementation - Conduct GAP analyses and evaluate feasibility of new features within complex travel system environments - Map, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across booking, transfer and excursion operations - Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions across business and technology teams - Support testing processes including UAT, regression testing and functional validation - Ensure structured communication between project leads, business owners and technology partners - Act as key liaison between DMC business units and the Application Support team - Support daily operations by analysing and resolving system and process challenges - Identify recurring issues and translate them into sustainable system or process improvements...
