Job description

We are currently hiring a Taproom Coordinator at Brewings & Eats. The Tap Room Coordinator (TRC) is responsible for providing leadership to the FOH Restaurant team and supporting day-to-day operations of the Tap Room by supervising floor execution and ensuring guest experiences run smoothly and safely. This role is a working supervisor—focused on shift oversight, communication, and coordination while escalating decisions related to hiring, discipline, and major operational changes to Tap Room leadership. Settles cash, authorizes voids and applies discounts when appropriate. Take ownership and resolve escalated guest issues. What You’ll Brew: Operations & Floor Supervision - Act as primary floor manager to the Server, Hostess, Busser, Food Runner, Shop Keeper and Bartending teams during day-to-day operations in the Tap Room. - Open/close the Tap Room and Empourium; ensure spaces are guest-ready and operational. - Serve as the on-shift floor supervisor ensuring smooth service flow, timing, and guest engagement. - Participate in weekly huddles/meetings; communicate schedule updates, priorities, and program details to coworkers. - Support BOH by assisting with expediting food and keepi...
