Job Type Full-time Description: The Senior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and People Operations to identify, attract, and develop a diverse talent pipeline and hire the very best candidates who align with ACP’s mission, vision, values, and workplace culture. The Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing, and negotiating offers, up to obtaining HR clearance) of all potential candidates. Essential Functions: - Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position. - Understand ACP’s business model, brand, and culture to create best-in-class and inclusive candidate experience. - Develop and execute a sourcing strategy using a combination of talent branding, external search and postings, direct sourcing, social media, internal talent mining, identifying new talent pools and other relevant methods. - Understand recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and partnering with managers to discuss needs. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (Paylocity) and web-based recruiting tools. - Proactively, search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as: job boa...
