Position Summary The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of accurate, timely financial statements in compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP. This role plays a critical part in supporting external and internal reporting requirements, ensuring the company maintains full SOX compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the financial reporting and close processes. This position will lead technical accounting research and implementation in a dynamic, highly acquisitive environment. The Financial Reporting Manager will evaluate complex transactions, including business combinations, purchase accounting, and integration activities, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment and alignment with the company’s policies and procedures.
