Part-Time Porter | Facilities | Spire Clare Park Hospital | Farnham | 22.5 hours per week | Permanent Spire Clare Park Hospital is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter to join our Facilities team on a part-time basis. This is a key support role, helping to ensure the hospital operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of patient care. Spire Clare Park is a modern elective hospital in Farnham, rated Good by the CQC , offering a wide range of surgical and diagnostic services, including Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, supported by state-of-the-art imaging facilities. Duties and Responsibilities: - Safely transfer and escort patients throughout the hospital in a professional, caring manner - Move medical equipment, supplies and goods as required - Manage the collection and disposal of domestic and clinical waste in line with policy - Support clinical teams by maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment - Respond promptly to portering requests and prioritise tasks effectively - Deliver excellent customer service to patients, visitors and colleagues - Adhere to health and safety, infection control and patient handli...
