Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience working in silicon or semiconductor environments. - Experience partnering with C-level executives. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in change management to transform an organization’s culture and operations. - Knowledge of silicon chip development and silicon foundries. - Ability to demonstrate executive presence, effectively grow relationships and deepen partnerships. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.
