Occupational Therapist - Home Health at Providence Home Services Oregon Schedule: Part Time (24 hours/week), Weekdays on Day Shift (no weekends) Area Coverage: Colombia River Gorge area Manages and provides skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities in a home setting in accordance with a physician directed plan of treatment, taking into account individual patients special or age related needs.
