Position Summary... The Senior Manager of the Collection & Payments function within the Revenue Cycle Management organization is responsible for driving the conversion of billed revenue into cash by overseeing end-to-end collection operations for Walmart Connect across all advertisers. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant collection of receivables while maintaining strong relationships with customers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. This position leads a team of collection managers and analysts while partners with the Enterprise Business Solutions team to safeguard Walmart working capital, minimize bad debt exposure, and ensures that cash application, payment processing, and credit management processes operate efficiently and transparently. As the team leader, this person is expected to drive continuous process improvements and to work closely with Sales, Client Services, Finance and other leads within RCM to proactively address payment barriers, resolve disputes, and optimize cash flow.
