As part of our Professional Services team , you’ll be at the forefront of our business, designing and implementing solutions that enable our customers to deliver expert care within their communities. What You’ll Be Doing: Implementing and supporting technical customer solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing IT environments. Providing Level 2 support (on-site and remote) across the product lifecycle to resolve technical challenges. Managing your project tasks to ensure timely delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation for traceability and long-term serviceability of deployed systems. Conducting on-site installation and system health checks.
