Job Summary The Maintenance Mechanic, Lead performs a variety of tasks related to executing a safe and efficient operation of repair of all equipment and support systems. Job Specific Responsibilities: Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: - Provides direction and leadership for the maintenance crew and daily activities - Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, building maintenance, and repair of patient care equipment - Provide guidance and support to multiple teams and project simultaneously. - Participate in leadership responsibilities that include but not limited to: coaching, training, performance evaluation, employee engagement, and disciplinary actions up to and including termination of employment status - Collaborate with vendors and distributors to ensure accurate item delivery dates and supplies and to remedy back orders - Complete work order in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation is completed in accordance with DNV standards - Completes daily...
