DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW: The University of Virginia Career Center prepares students to make informed decisions as they explore the constantly evolving world of careers. Through a mix of personalized advising, employer connections, programming, and experiential learning, the Career Center supports undergraduate and graduate students across academic disciplines. Staff work closely with faculty, employers, and alumni to ensure students are equipped for career development and post-graduation success. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Career Resource Assistant (CRA) serves as a key front-line representative of the UVA Career Center. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to students, visitors, and guests within Bryant Hall and occasionally supporting events and meetings held elsewhere on Grounds. CRAs facilitate daily operations, ensure a welcoming environment, and help connect students to Career Center services, staff, and resources.
