Position Summary: The Engineering Project Manager will lead critical product development initiatives within STERIS’s Reprocessing PMO, overseeing capital and consumable product programs that support a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio. This role drives executive‑level project reviews, ensures compliance with PMO processes, and manages small to medium projects from concept through manufacturing. With responsibility for cross‑functional planning, risk management, and continuous improvement, the Engineering PM provides clear leadership and accountability across teams. This Quebec, Canada based hybrid role offers high visibility and the opportunity to directly influence STERIS’s innovation and operational excellence in healthcare reprocessing.
