Job Summary : Completes daily diagnostic imaging studies within the modalities of Digital Radiography, and C-Arm to produce high quality images for diagnostic purposes. Reports to : Manager, Diagnostic Imaging Hourly Range: $24.50 - 38.59 (posted hourly range does not include overtime or bonuses which are not guaranteed) Essential Job Functions: - Obtains patient history and allergies, informs patients of study, safety, contrast media contraindications. - Maintains a safe environment for the patient, staff, and visitors in and around radiology department including the MRI Suite. - Provides patient instructions related to exam including breathing, communication, observation and length of study, along with post study instructions. - Enters required patient information accurately into the EHR; scans patients in accordance with specified appropriate protocol. - Produces imaging in accordance with optimum standards for radiologist interpretation. Including appropriate imaging recons.
