Job Responsibilities: ● Manage a team of 10-15 project coordinators to oversee quick turn around times on projects, world class communication, and leading quality. ● Train and upskill front line staff to higher productivity and quality. ● Coordinate and problem-solve with internal departments and field operations to resolve ongoing and new issues, prioritize assignments, handle project escalations, and maintain project timeline expectations. ● Bring and deliver a strong healthy culture to the team by being able to facilitate growth, build morale, keep commitments, and drive results.
