Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to lead our QA initiatives and team members. This position is responsible for building out our QA processes with a particular focus on implementing automated testing. This is a unique opportunity to shape quality assurance and the testing processes of our team. Responsibilities: - Establish and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up - Design and build-out the testing infrastructure and framework - Create comprehensive testing strategies aligned with business objectives - Implement automated test suites and continuous integration pipelines - Define quality metrics and establish reporting processes - Document QA processes and procedures - Train and mentor future QA team members - Collaborate with development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle - Evaluate and recommend QA tools and technologies Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing - Proven experience with Playwright testing...
