Position Summary: HeyGen is growing fast, and our growth marketing engine needs to keep pace. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to serve as the execution right hand to our growth lead — someone who can take strategy and turn it into live, optimized campaigns across paid channels, affiliate, and influencer programs. This is a full-time contractor role for someone who thrives in the weeds: launching campaigns, pulling keyword reports, adjusting bids, standing up A/B tests, and constantly looking for the next channel or angle to test.
