Job Summary: In this role you will handle incoming calls from customers, agents, and policyholders related to insurance applications or existing policies. You will work in a collaborative environment providing administrative support for the Underwriting department. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday with a schedule of 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM All employees in Personal Lines whose essential job function includes but is not limited to direct communication with customers and/or agents, m ust hold a valid Resident State Insurance license and be able to obtain and maintai n reciprocal licensing for all 50 states within the continental United States.
