Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Job description

This is a 2nd‑shift Operations Supervisor role with full ownership of the shift, leading 20–30 team members and overseeing daily operations, productivity, KPIs, and team relations. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who enjoys being on the floor, building strong relationships with their team, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to make certain company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met.
