Food & Beverage Manager

Job description

Position Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to serve as personal chef to C-Suite leadership and to prepare lunches and meals for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and able to work independently. Hours vary upon company meeting schedule. Some travel may be required from time to time. Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan, prepare, and serve meals for select staff and guests 3+ days per week within budget. - Manage the food and kitchen supply budget responsibly. - Develop menus that balance nutrition, dietary needs, and employee preferences. - Ensure all food is fresh, high‑quality, and presented professionally. - Maintain safe food handling and sanitation practices at all times. - Manage all kitchen operations, including organization, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. - Prepare and serve meals for larger groups up to 40 people during single or multi-day key company meetings. - Monitor stock levels, track consumption patterns, and anticipate supply needs. - Shop for groceries, snacks, beverages, and kitchen/cafe supplies weekly or as needed. - Build relationships with preferred vendors and evaluate cost‑effective purchasi...
