HR Operations Specialist - Temporary contract, 9 months

Job description

The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for the initiating, auditing, correcting and troubleshooting of employee data into Workday and Oracle. Overall, you will be ensuring the quality, integrity and quick resolution of issues within HR Operations with a focus on consistency and quality of employee core data entry, day to day operational transactions for Workday, Oracle, HireRight, ServiceNow and other systems used within the HR Operations team. You will serve as a subject matter expert in troubleshooting and problem solving for HR Operations as it relates to the systems and quality for HR data management. This is a temporary contract for 9 months. A Typical Day: Conduct final audits within HR Operations prior to actual data entry into the system – with a goal of zero errors. Conduct audits of the process, identify deviations from the process, keep an updated log of issues, work with coordinators to ensure compliance with the process. Work with rest of team across all sites collecting monthly updates of the operations metrics for the group (volume/error rate).
