Job Summary The Manager, Enterprise & Financial Partnerships – Europe plays a critical commercial role in driving incremental revenue, member engagement, and long‑term value through Marriott’s Enterprise and Financial partnerships across Europe. The role is responsible for supporting the expansion and end-to-end management of a diverse and growing European partnership portfolio, supporting the management and activation of Marriott’s financial partnership portfolio, including co‑brand cards and payment network partnerships. This includes delivering initiatives that drive credit card acquisitions, cardmember spend, and everyday engagement with the Marriott Bonvoy programme, as well as supporting the ongoing management of relationships with key issuers and payment network partners. The role also supports selected enterprise partnerships that drive demand, enrolment, and Marriott Bonvoy brand relevance across Europe.
