Intellectual Property Docketing Specialist (f/m/d)

Job description

Your tasks: - Reviewing and analyzing incoming emails from clients/agents/IP Offices and accurately and timely update in the clients’ IP management systems matters related to their IP portfolio: - New trademarks/patents/design applications; - Domain Names/copyrights; - Due dates and reminders; - Refusals, oppositions, cancellations, infringements, agreements; - Assignments, changes of name/address - Declarations of use and renewals; - Scanning, saving and uploading documents related to IP rights into the systems; - Reviewing accuracy of documents and directing client’s attention to errors requiring correction; - Cross-checking entries to confirm database accuracy; - Sending daily or weekly docket reports per request; - Working on docketing related projects and tasks for client transfers.
