Position Description The Residential Sales Contract Management team are responsible for managing the Sales requirements across all outsourced sales partners. The Electric Ireland Residential Channel Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving Electric Ireland to achieve its residential sales targets and market share ambitions. Given the highly competitive nature of Ireland’s energy market, the successful candidate will need to inspire and motivate their teams to ensure targets for each channel are met. This role demands a leader who can drive performance through the field sales teams, online channels and price comparison websites and achieve optimal performance across these channels. The specific sales targets will be challenging due to the increased competition from both established players and new entrants. The market’s dynamic nature, with high levels of customer switching and churn, adds to the challenge.
