Qualifications: - Organize and maintain yard materials, including concrete ties, equipment, and tools - Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and other vehicles - Operate forklifts and other machinery to move materials within the yard - Perform routine yard maintenance such as cleaning, stacking, and organizing items - Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols - Assist with other general labor tasks as needed - Can work varied shifts with changing seasons, ALL weather conditions - Can work in a team in environment - Secure loads on top of railcars using load binders and chains - High school diploma or equivalent, preferred - Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or manufacturing setting is preferred - Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (certification preferred) - Strong attention to detail and organiza...
