Title : Community Partnerships Manager: Location : Bronx, N.Y: Reports : Director of Partnerships: Pay Range : $75,000 -75,000 per year FLSA Classification : Exempt: Status : Full time (35 hours per week) Role Summary : The Community Partnerships Manager develops and maintains a strong network of housing and employment partners to support rapid and stable placements for clients. This role builds relationships with landlords, brokers, housing organizations, employers, and workforce programs, manages centralized housing and employment opportunity databases, and serves as the internal expert on housing subsidies and navigation.
