As a Program Manager, a typical day will include the following duties: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level Information Technology Project Manager (IT PM) to support two critical programs within the customer PMO: 365 (M365) and Enterprise AI Program. Both programs will be deployed enterprise-wide, and the SME IT PM will be responsible for providing SME-level project management guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of these programs.
